RollPlay Vietnamese Grill is set to open in November at 8150 Leesburg Pike in Vienna.
The concept for the restaurant appears to be somewhat similar to Chipotle--with various ingredients being offered to customers.
The company describes the concept:
Roll Play reinvents a tradition of healthy, fresh, and tasty Vietnamese food. We take the exciting palettes from the streets of Vietnam and make it simple, customizable, and fast. While redefining the tradition, we keep the same familiar feeling of home. Our concept features 3 core products: Rice Paper Rolls, Vermicelli Bowls, and Banh Mi.
Proteins will include tofu, shrimp, chicken, beef and pork.
