A new medical spa and preppy boutique are coming to Vienna, according to a report.

VIENNA, VA – A new spa and clothing store will be moving into a vacant space in the Vienna Market development, according to a new report.

The Washington Business Journal reports that a new state-of-the-art medical spa, BluZoneWay Med Spa, is planned for 3,000 square feet of the space at 239 Maple Ave., with preppy boutique The Lucky Knot taking another 2,500 square feet. The space had been vacant for two years, the outlet reports.

Both businesses have local roots, WBJ notes: BluZone LLC, which has a headquarters listed in Lorton, is owned by Dr. Konstantinos “Gus” Kohilas, an emergency medicine specialist at Inova Fairfax Hospital. The Lucky Knot is a family-owned business with its flagship store in Alexandria and other locations in Middleburg, Leesburg, Warrenton and Annapolis.
