Participants can find books around town wrapped in brown paper with Bards Alley stickers. The genre of the books will be marked. Books will be hidden in local businesses, public spaces in town and at the Taste of Vienna event held at the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department.
“Independent bookstores lead readers to new books,” said Jen Morrow, owner of Bards Alley. “We are excited to connect Vienna readers with books that will be published later this summer and in the fall. That means that people who find our books will be among the first in the nation to read them.”
