Thursday: Dreamworks Movies Live at Wolf Trap
A special event will feature music and iconic movie moments from DreamWorks Animation's hit films, including Shrek, Kung Fu Panda and more.
VIENNA, VA – DreamWorks Animation and CineConcerts, along with the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, will host DreamWorks Animation in Concert for a one-night-only engagement at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, June 30, at the Filene Center.
The concert features favorite moments from DreamWorks Animation’s most beloved films, with music performed by the National Symphony Orchestra.
The celebration includes more than 20 years of inspired animation and iconic music scores by award-winning composers Hans Zimmer, Harry Gregson-Williams, John Powell, Alexandre Desplat, Alan Silvestri, Danny Elfman and many others. Concert-goers will experience music/scenes from iconic films including Shrek, Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda, How to Train Your Dragon and more as they are projected in HD onto the big screen as the music is played live.
