Person Struck By Dump Truck At Fairfax Road Work Site
Fairfax County Police say the road worker was flown to the hospital after the crash.
FAIRFAX, VA—A road worker was struck by a dump truck in Fairfax Monday night.
Police responded to the intersection of Monument Drive and Monument Way, according to an 11:41 p.m. tweet. The worker was injured flown to the hospital. There was no immediate update on the worker's condition.
The intersection was temporarily closed but has since reopened.
