Police Investigating Death of Vienna Man as Homicide
The victim was determined to have sustained upper-body trauma due to a gunshot wound.

Fairfax County Police responded to a report of an unresponsive man in Vienna last Friday evening, and found the man was deceased by the time authorities arrived on the scene.
The call was made to police at approximately 6:30 p.m. on July 31, and when police arrived on the scene at 1822 Midlothian Court, they reported Fire and Rescue units were already on the scene.
The victim, Eric John Larocque, 33, of the same Vienna address, reportedly suffered trauma to his upper body from a gunshot wound. Authorities secured the scene, and homicide detectives were summoned.

The body is being examined by the Office of the State Medical Examiner to determine a cause of death, and the case is still under investigation as of time of publication.
