Road Work Coming Up Near Vienna Community Center
One direction of Park Street near the Vienna Community Center will be closed for paving.
VIENNA, VA—The Town of Vienna has announced road work near the Community Center and emergency repairs on Tapawingo Road SW on Wednesday, Aug. 22.
From 7 a.m.-5 p.m., southbound Park Street SE will be closed between Dominion Drive and Manvell Road due to paving. In addition, the intersection of Park Street and Cherry Street will be closed for at least part of the time.
Community Center traffic will be is limited to Center St South. The rain date for the paving is Thursday, Aug. 23.

The Town also announced emergency fire hydrant repair beginning at 7 p.m. Wednesday. The eastbound lane of Tapawingo Road between Nutley Street and Meadow Lane as well as the right turning lane from northbound Nutley Street to Tapawingo Road will be closed during the work.
