Rockville Realtor to Develop Office Tower at Major Tysons Intersection
The 350,000-square-foot space will lie at the intersection of Route 7 and Chain Bridge Road, a short walk from the Greensboro Metro station.

As Tysons Corner continues its evolution into Northern Virginia’s urban center, Rockville real estate firm Foulger-Pratt is looking to get in on the action.
The Washington Business Journal reported Wednesday that the firm has filed a proposal to install 350,000-square-foot office tower at the intersection of Leesburg Pike and Chain Bridge Road.
The appeal of this location is not just the prominence of the Tysons intersection, but its proximity to the Greensboro Metro station, which opened in Tysons last summer.

The Business Journal said Foulger-Pratt is expected to submit its final proposal to Fairfax County next week.
Foulger-Pratt reportedly put the building site under contract earlier this year. It has not yet found an anchor tenant for the building, but is reportedly actively leasing office spaces.
