ROTARY CLUB OF VIENNA VA FOUNDATION SUPPORTS LOCAL NONPROFIT
Assistance League of Northern Virginia receives generous donation in support of its Weekend Food for Kids program.
#ALcommunityoutreach. At the Rotary Club of Vienna luncheon last Wednesday, March 23, Shellie Abel, a former Assistance League of Northern Virginia member and current Rotary member presented our president, Pat Thompson, with a check from the Rotary Club of Vienna VA Foundation for $2000 to help continue our Weekend Food for Kids program. Shellie continues to support us every year by submitting a grant application to her Rotary Club. The Rotary Club of Vienna raises this grant money by putting on Viva!Vienna!, an annual family and community- oriented Memorial Day festival. This is the third year that we have received funding from the Vienna Rotary. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
