Seven Health Violations Found At One Vienna Restaurant

VIENNA, VA -- Fairfax County regularly conducts health inspections for local restaurants. The frequency of inspections on the type of food served and how it is prepared.

“In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations,” states the Virginia Department of Health’s website.

Here are some of the violations from May inspections at restaurants in and around Vienna. Among the violations were foods stored on the floor, uncovered meat in the freezer, a refrigerator not cooling food properly and employees failing to wash hands before handling food.
