Families Need Diapers to Keep Their Infant or Child Clean, Dry, and Healthy

While diapers are material basic necessities that all babies require, diaper insecurity is on the rise increasing to 47% of families in 2023 up from 33% in 2010*.

Fairfax Diapers Takes Steps to End Diaper Insecurity

Fairfax Diapers' goal is to ease the challenge of diaper insecurity and raise awareness in our community. Since its launch in 2019, Fairfax Diapers has distributed over 1.3 million diapers to clients receiving food at Food for Others as well as 10 other local nonprofits. With no overhead or staff, EVERY diaper and dollar donated to Fairfax Diapers provides diapers for families in need.

September Goal: Collect 30,000 Diapers for Local Babies in Need

In September, Social4Good (S4G) will host their sixth annual drive to support Fairfax Diapers during during National Diaper Need Awareness Week. S4G's goal is to donate $5,000 in diaper and financial support to meet one month’s demand.

There are two ways you can help!

• Your financial donation gives Fairfax Diapers flexibility to purchase what they need when they need it. Each $25 donation provides up to 140 diapers for local families.
