Leadership Fairfax is accepting applications for all three of its leadership development programs and classes that start September 2016. The Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI) is designed for beginning to mid-level career individuals looking to increase their leadership competencies and skills, while engaging in self-reflection and growing community awareness. The Leadership Fairfax Institute (LFI) supports high-level and C-suite executives as they explore issues facing the community and envision opportunities for growth and problem solving as they lead others. Leadership Fairfax’s third course, Lifetime Leaders Program (LLP) is designed for seasoned professionals who are retired or nearing retirement and have a lifetime of knowledge and experience to share with others.

Leadership Fairfax grows and connect leaders across diverse sectors to create a strong community, progress leaders in corporate, nonprofit and government, and enrich the lives of their alumni and partners. With over 1600 alumni, Leadership Fairfax has been recognized locally and regionally for its dedication to meaningful leadership.
