State Of Vienna's Economy In 2024 To Be Presented

A presentation on Vienna's economic outlook will explore local and regional trends affecting the town.

VIENNA, VA — From development trends to small business and zoning updates, Vienna residents may be wondering how the town's economy is performing. That topic will be explored during the 2024 State of the Economy presented by the Town of Vienna's Economic Development Department Thursday.

The event will happen Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Vienna Community Center, 120 Cherry St. SE, Vienna, VA. Keith Waters of the Stephen S. Fuller Institute will participate to discuss regional issues and trends affecting the Town of Vienna and greater DC region's economies.

Vienna’s Economic Development Department and the Town’s Planning and Zoning Department will also give a presentation on the newly-updated zoning code, which took effect on Jan. 1, 2024.
