Taco Bamba Coming to Vienna Shopping Center

VIENNA, VA — It’s been two years since Magruders grocery store closed in Vienna and it looks like it will be replaced soon by several new businesses at Vienna Shopping Center. The shopping center is located at 180 Maple Ave. West in the Town of Vienna.

Vienna residents will soon have three new restaurants to choose from:

• Chop’t: The location will be the third in Northern Virginia for the salad restaurant; there is currently a location in McLean and in Arlington.
• MOD Pizza: This national chain has one other location in Northern Virginia, in Gainesville, with another one coming to Ashburn.
• Taco Bamba: This extremely popular homegrown eatery is based in Falls Church with plans for this location and another in Springfield, according to the Washington Post.

In addition to the new restaurants, residents will also have a new Inova health clinic opening in the shopping center.

The center’s renovation is expected to be completed by the end of the year, according to a spokeswoman for shopping center owner Rappaport.

The new tenants will begin their interior construction when the shopping center renovation wraps up, with hopes of the new businesses opening in early spring, the spokeswoman said.
