Restaurant Replacing Bazin's On Church Joins More Taste Of Vienna Participants
Restaurants will offer tastes at the returning Taste of Vienna. One new participant is the restaurant coming to the Bazin's on Church space.

VIENNA, VA — The Taste of Vienna will return in 2024 on Saturday, April 27, allowing residents to sample from many restaurants in one day. One of the new participants will be the restaurant opening in the Bazin's on Church space.
The 11th annual Taste of Vienna is hosted in the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department's back parking lot, 400 Center St. S, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on April 27. The event includes tastings from restaurants, a beer and wine tent, live music on a stage and children's activities. Proceeds benefit the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department, which provides fire and rescue support to career fire and EMS personnel.
The Taste of Vienna will be the first time locals will get to try Evelyn Rose, the restaurant coming to the Bazin's on Church space at 111 Church Street NW. Patrick and Julie Bazin will close Bazin's on Church and Bazin's Next Door after April 27.

The new concept called Evelyn Rose will open sometime in May, Northern Virginia Magazine first reported. It comes from Clarity's Chef Nick Palermo and Sam Schnoebelen, the general manager of DC's the Dabney.
Other restaurants confirmed for Taste of Vienna are: Ben & Jerry's, Donutchew Vienna, Nothing bundt Cakes, Family of Nuts, Pure Pasty Co., The Fermented Pig, Härth Restaurant, Caffè Amouri, Kusshi Ko, MidnighTreats, Smoothie King, Tony's NY Pizza, Chit Chaat Cafe, Famous Dave's, Cameron's Coffee & Chocolates, Vocelli Pizza, Sushi Koji, Ned's New England Deck, Clarity Restaurant, Inca Social, Pizza Vienna, Evelyn Rose, Thai O'Clock, Nozzo Pazzo Deli Delizioso, Index Coffee and SUKAR Specialty Mocktails. Participating food trucks include Himalayan Soul Foods, Frosty Softy, What The Schnitzel, Kona Ice, Sweet Frog and Empanadas De Mendoza.

Attendees will purchase tastes directly from each restaurant vendor.
Organizers noted on Taste of Vienna's website that restaurants were encouraged to offer Passover-appropriate options. Wine and cider will be available for those observing Passover.
