The town of Vienna is holding an election for town council members on Tuesday, May 5.

The deadline to register to vote in this election is April 13 (in-person: 5 p.m., online: 11:59 p.m.). All registered voters are encouraged to check their registration status online, or by calling 703-222-0776 anytime.

Absentee voting information for the May 5 election:

• In-person absentee voting is underway.
• April 28: Deadline to apply for an absentee ballot by mail.
• May 2: Final day for in-person absentee voting.
• May 5: Absentee ballot return deadline (7 p.m.).
