Vienna Couple: Fox Making Off with Newspapers: Report

Missing your morning newspaper? It could be a local furry resident making away with it.
Vienna residents Paula Bailey and Robert Taylor recently erected a sign in their yard to let their neighbors know that it wasn’t the newspaper delivery person’s fault if they weren’t receiving their newspapers. It read:
“A fox or raccoon is dragging newspapers into my back yard. If you are missing your newspaper, it is not the delivery guy’s fault.”

The couple talked to Washington Post columnist John Kelly about their predicament:
“The next day we discovered it in our back yard along with our Saturday paper and several other newspapers from the neighborhood with teeth marks on the bags,” Paula said.
