See Vienna Halloween Parade Winners And Video Recap

VIENNA, VA — Winners of the 75th annual Vienna Halloween Parade were named after 74 entries were received for the various awards. Mayor Linda Colbert and Vienna Business Association Executive Director Peggy James presented the award ribbons at Monday's Town Council meeting.

The town had presented the parade in coordination with the Vienna Business Association. Spectators lined Maple Avenue to see costumed participants, floats and performers in the annual Halloween tradition. The parade returned in 2021 after being held in a smaller drive-by format the previous year.

Legacy Dance Institute was the big winner, winning the Best in Parade for the Roaring Twenties-themed parade and placed first in the youth performing groups category. Participants dressed in spooky "roaring twenties" themed attire danced their way along Maple Avenue to win the awards.
