Vienna Halloween Parade Registration Opens For 2019

The Vienna Halloween Parade will return for a 73rd year. Here's how you can participate.

VIENNA, VA — Registration is open for the Vienna Halloween Parade, which returns for a 73rd year on Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 7 p.m. along Maple Avenue.

The Town of Vienna asks parade participants to submit paperwork by Sept. 20. Entries must include a completed registration form, narrative, waiver, and float policy form (if entering a float into competition) with a detailed sketch and description. The application does not guarantee a place in the parade, as participants are chosen based on entertainment value, variety, and adherence to theme and guidelines.

Kids accompanied by adults do not need to register to walk in the parade. Participants should meet at 6:30 p.m. in the parking lot at United Bank, 374 Maple Avenue East.
