Vienna Restaurant 'Clarity' Making Waves from Maple Street

Northern Virginia restauranteur Jon Krinn has become known for his large-scale, high-end restaurants throughout the region.

However, his most recent project, a restaurant called Clarity located on Maple Street in Vienna, does not fit the mold of what Krinn’s restaurants had become known for. That is, except for Clarity’s menu options and food preparation.

Todd Klinman of Washingtonian Magazine recently visited Clarity to write a review for the magazine, and while his visit wasn’t perfect, he seemed to leave feeling both impressed and, frankly, a little full.

“Clarity didn’t explode out of the gate ... But the place has grown to become something more than it intended: a destination, not merely a neighborhood star,” Krinn wrote to end his review.

Clarity is regarded by the magazine as an intimate, business casual restaurant right in the heart of downtown Vienna.
