Vienna Restaurant Inspections: Raw Meats Left Out Overnight

VIENNA, VA — Fairfax County regularly conducts health inspections for Town of Vienna and other county restaurants. The frequency of inspections on the type of food served and how it is prepared.

“In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations,” states the Virginia Department of Health’s website.

Here are some of the violations from recent inspections in and around Vienna. Among the violations was raw chicken and potatoes kept out of the cooler overnight at Kabob House. The items were discarded during the inspection.
