Rides, Food And More: 5 Things To Look Forward To At ViVa Vienna's 3-Day Festival
Vienna will get its first taste of summer fun at a three-day festival over Memorial Day weekend hosted by the Rotary Club of Vienna.

VIENNA, VA — ViVa Vienna returns to downtown Vienna, ushering in summer fun with rides, live entertainment, food, drinks and vendors.
The festival hosted by the Rotary Club of Vienna runs Saturday, May 27 to Monday, May 29 around Church Street, Center Street, Dominion Road NE and Mill Street NE. Attendees can enjoy carnival rides, live music, vendors and a food court.
Saturday and Sunday's festival hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Rides, the food court and live entertainment will be held on Saturday, and vendors will join Sunday's festival until 6 p.m. The food court will run until 8 p.m., while rides and entertainment continue until 10 p.m. Monday's hours will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will include a 1 p.m. Memorial Day ceremony.

It is free to attend ViVa Vienna, but ride tickets, food, drinks and more have a cost. Proceeds from the festival go to over 70 local organizations through the Rotary Club of Vienna.
Parking will be limited near the event. The festival has parking suggestions as well as a shuttle that picks up at the Vienna/Fairfax Metro station and James Madison High School back parking lot. Handicap parking will be available in front of retail at 221 Mill St. NE to 227 Mill St. NE.

Here's what to look forward to at ViVa Vienna:
1. Rides
Cole Amusement Company has set up 24 rides ranging from children's rides to adult thrill rides. Some ride examples are a carousel, Willie the Whale, Jolly Choo Choo, Cliff Hanger, Funnel Force and Expo Wheel.
Attendees can purchase individual ride tickets or unlimited ride wristands for one day or all three days. Ride hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday.
2. Food
A variety of food will be available for festival attendees to enjoy. Confirmed vendors are 1000 Shakes, A&B Soft Serve Ice Cream, Aunt Betty and Uncle Bubba's Chocolate Chip Cookies, Big Fat Daddy's, D&J Concessions, District Small Bites, Donutchew Vienna, Hawaii's Best Shaved Ice, Himalayan Soul Foods, Hot and Fresh Grill, Kaye's Mini Doughnuts, Kona Ice, Leisure Time Concessions, Little Austria, MacBrand Foods, Memaw's Table, Moose Juice Slush, NC Ribs on Wheels, NK's Nutri Health Juices, Oriental Bowl, Pakos Tacos, Pizza Vienna, Saleh's Treats, Schumman's Concessions, Thai Town, Top Shelf Jerky, Two Smooth Dudes, Tysons Creamery, and Uncle Kebba's Lemonade.
3. Vendors
Aside from food, vendor booths are planned during the festival Sunday and Monday. Vendors will include artisans, retail vendors, political parties and candidates, professional groups, and community organizations. When the vendors are open, Church Street will be closed to vehicular traffic from Lawyers Road to Mill Street.

4. Live entertainment on two stages
In between rides, attendees can relax and enjoy live performances on two stages. Local performers for all ages to enjoy and children's performers are in the mix.

5. BrewFest returns in new location
BrewFest debuted at the 2022 ViVa Vienna outside the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department and returns due to its popularity. This year, it will be on Mill Street on Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
BrewFest is open to all ages, but an ID is required for people 21 and older to purchase alcohol. Drink tickets will cost $7 each or $20 for three.
Attendees can enjoy Caboose Brewing Company beers and fine wines from Vienna Vintner inside the BrewFest boundaries. Main Stage live performances will be visible from the BrewFest location.
