Teen Hit 120 MPH In Stolen Camaro Before Crashing Into VA House, Running From Deputies: Sheriff (dailyvoice.com) β A high-speed pursuit of a stolen Camaro raced through Warrenton neighborhoods this week, ending when the car hit a house on Winston Place and two teens ran. Deputies caught a juvenile passenger, but are still searching for driver Manuel D. Edwards, and the sheriffβs office says the investigation remains active.

Fauquier's Top 10: Real Estate Roundup for May (fauquiernow.com) β Several of Fauquier Countyβs priciest recent home sales were right in Warrenton, including properties on Timothy Lane, Point Road, Barn Owl Court, Bob White Drive, and more. A regional Realtors group says Aprilβs numbers show a strong, competitive housing market with rising prices and inventory compared to last year.

3. Hawks fall to Falcons in Region 3B championship game (nvdaily.com) β Warrenton hosted the Region 3B softball championship, where the top-seeded Fauquier Falcons edged Skyline 3-1 to claim the title. Skyline threatened late, loading the bases in the seventh, but Fauquier pitcher Brooke Farmerβs 13 strikeouts preserved the win. Despite the loss, Skyline still advances to next weekβs Class 3 state tournament.

Rockin' on bandstand, teaching in classroom: Rappahannock's Bobby G takes the lead (fauquiernow.com) β A longtime Rappahannock County musician and special education teacher known as Bobby G has built a loyal following that regularly includes fans from Warrenton. His high-energy band shows around the Piedmont and his decades in the classroom both reflect a deep commitment to community, mentorship, and keeping classic rhythm-and-blues alive.
