• TRUSTEE'S SALE - 4437 Honey Branch Road, Saint Paul, VA 24283 (thecoalfieldprogress.com) — A property in Wise County’s Lipps Magisterial District will be sold at a trustee’s foreclosure auction at the Wise County Circuit Court entrance in Wise on September 23, 2026, at 1 p.m. The Saint Paul home on Honey Branch Road will be sold as-is, with a $4,500 or 10% deposit required and the balance due within 14 days.
