2 Charged In Connection With Woodbridge Shooting, Third Suspect Sought: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Police arrested a pair of men in connection with a shooting at the Elevations One apartments in Woodbridge earlier this month. Officers are still looking for a third suspect, according to the Prince William County Police Department.

The July 18 shooting injured one man, according to authorities. On Wednesday, police said the man's injury was not life-threatening, as it was originally described in the police report.

Emerson Titus McAllister and Daniele Depaolis were arrested on July 26 and July 22. Police are still looking for Maurice Eric Sowers IV.

McAllister is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Depaolis is charged with three counts of brandishing and two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Sowers is charged with aggravated malicious wounding, assault & battery, and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Police believe the shooting was part of an ongoing dispute.
