Children in 4th through 6th grade are invited to to make some Halloween decorations and get some great ideas for costumes. There will also be some treats for everyone to taste.
There is a 24 person limit and every participant must have a pass to attend. Free passes will be handed out starting at 6:30 p.m. the evening of the program.
