The Swedish furniture giant, which has a huge store at Potomac Mills in Woodbridge, is trying to discourage games of hide-and-seek from taking place at its stores in the Netherlands, reports the Associated Press.

And it’s not just groups of little kids. In a story last week, the AP reported that 19,000 people signed up to a Facebook group promoting a game at IKEA’s Amsterdam branch next month, and another 13,000 signed up for a game at a store in the city of Utrecht.

But an IKEA spokeswoman said the retail giant has contacted these Facebook pages and asked participants to take their games elsewhere.

Still, fun and IKEA can go together, at least at the Woodbridge store. As one video that went viral shows shows, the company joined the Harlem Shake dance craze back in 2013.

There can be unauthorized fun, too. Click here to check out a YouTube video of a guy “skateboarding” on a dolly through one of the aisles in the Woodbridge store.
