Man Shot, Killed In Triangle On Sunday Night, Suspect At Large: Police
Authorities in Prince William County said that a 52-year-old man was shot and killed on Tavern Way in Dumfries on Sunday night.

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA — A 52-year-old man was shot and killed in Triangle on Sunday night, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Authorities identified the man as Miles Tracey Hall, a Triangle resident.
The shooting occurred around 9 p.m. on Sunday, according to the police report. At that time, officers were called to the 3600 block of Tavern Way in Triangle.
When they arrived on the scene, officers found Hall lying in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound, police said. They used trauma kits to render first aid until rescue personnel arrived. Hall was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.

Through an investigation, officers determined that witnesses heard gunshots and saw an SUV speed away from the area. No other injuries or property damage was reported.
Detectives are still working to determine what led to the shooting.

This was the third homicide that occurred in eastern Prince William County on Sunday, according to the police department. On Sunday afternoon, two 23-year-old men were shot and killed in an apartment on Mary's Way in Woodbridge.
