Man Struck By Bullets Fired Into Woodbridge Home: Police
A 23-year-old man suffered significant injuries from gunshots fired into a home in Woodbridge Tuesday night, according to the police.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — A 23-year-old man suffered significant injuries from gunshots fired into a home in Woodbridge Tuesday night, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Police officers provided aid to the man before he was taken to an area hospital.
At 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, police officers went to a residence in the 13400 block of Greenacre Drive in Woodbridge to investigate a call about gunshots in the area. Residents told police that gunshots were heard before a white BMW sedan was seen fleeing the area.
Upon arrival, officers found the 23-year-old man suffering from a gunshot injury. The police said the rounds were fired into the home through a basement window that struck the man.

Officers and a police K-9 searched the area for possible suspects, who were not located. The police said the incident does not appear to be random.
