Police: Maryland Man Was Driving Under Influence With Kids
He faces DUI, felony child neglect charges, say Prince William County police.

A Maryland man is in jail for allegedly driving while intoxicated after midnight Saturday with three children in his vehicle.

Roberto Navarro Pacheco, 29, of 117 South Huron Drive in Oxon Hill, Md., has been charged with three counts of felony child neglect, one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving without a license, according to a Prince William County police report. He’s being held without bond at the Prince William-Manassas regional jail, and his court date is pending.
At 12:48 a.m. Sunday, a Prince William police officer came upon a disabled vehicle in the area of Caton Hill Road near Killarney Drive in Woodbridge.

Upon further investigation, the officer determined that the driver, Pacheco, was intoxicated while transporting three boys: a 5-month-old, a 10-year-old and a 12-year-old, the police report said. Pacheco was subsequently arrested without incident.
