Police: Missing Lake Ridge Woman Is Safe With Family

A Lake Ridge woman reported to be missing and endangered Thursday morning has been located, the Prince William County police said.

Linda Sue Greenfield, 59, was reported to be safe and with family members, the Prince William police said in a post on the department’s Facebook page at 11:05 p.m. Thursday.

A caller had told police that Greenfield had walked away from her home in Lake Ridge at about 8 a.m. Thursday. She was believed to have left voluntarily and was in need of assistance, which qualified her as being endangered, police said.
