Police: Naked Man Attacked Teen, Bystander
Victim was walking in Lake Ridge neighborhood when unknown suspect approached her, according to Prince William County Police.
LAKE RIDGE, VA — A man is in custody after a bizarre naked encounter with a teen victim and a witness early Wednesday morning, according to Prince William County Police.
Musab Mohammed El-Sheikh, 37, of the 4800 block of Grand Masters Way in Woodbridge, is charged with abduction, indecent exposure, and assault & battery. He remains hospitalized for evaluation, according to police.
Officers responded at 6:15 a.m. Wednesday to the 4700 block of Charter Court.

A 16-year-old girl was walking in the area when a naked El-Sheikh allegedly approached her. She did not know the man, according to police.
During the encounter, the victim attempted to flee, but El-Sheikh allegedly chased after her. He knocked her to the ground, according to police, as well as a witness who had attempted to intervene.

At one point, El-Sheikh grabbed the victim, preventing her from leaving.
When officers arrived, the parties were separated without incident and the accused was detained, according to police. No injuries were reported.
