Police Arrest Man Who Allegedly Flashed Hair Salon
Nokesville resident is charged with indecent exposure, say Prince William County police.

A Nokesville man is in jail after being arrested Tuesday for allegedly exposing himself outside a Woodbridge hair salon.
Paul Arthur Cocca, 64, of 13504 Highland Farms Court in Nokesville, has been charged with indecent exposure, according to a Prince William County police report. He’s being held without bond in the Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center, and his next court date in April 23.

At 1:28 p.m. Tuesday, Prince William police responded to the report of an indecent exposure in the 12700 block of Darby Brooke Court in Woodbridge, the police report stated. The caller told police that an unknown man was sitting on a sidewalk outside the hair salon, exposing himself to employees through a window. The man fled the area before police arrived.

Witnesses provided officers with a description of the vehicle the suspect was last seen driving, the police report said. The officers located and stopped a vehicle matching the description in the area of Minnieville Road and Summit School Road.
The officers identified the driver, Cocca, as the accused and determined he was the man involved in the incident, the police report said. Following the investigation, Cocca was arrested.
