Prince William Police To Hold Toy Collection Drive In Dumfries

The Prince William County Police Department is partnering with Santa's Helpers to collect new toys for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation.

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA — The Prince William County Police Department is partnering with Santa’s Helpers, a local group, to collect new toys for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation.

The police department’s Community Engagement Unit and Santa’s Helpers will be collecting items at the Walmart Supercenter at 17041 Jefferson Davis Highway in Dumfries on Saturday, Nov. 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Toys for Tots is a national charity program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Toys are collected and distributed to children whose families may be struggling financially and unable to purchase gifts during the holiday season.
