Second Teen Homicide Suspect In Woodbridge Arrested: Police
Police believe the fatal shooting that killed an 18-year-old happened during a marijuana sale in Woodbridge.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A second teen suspect in a Woodbridge homicide was arrested by Prince William County Police Wednesday.
The arrest relates to the fatal shooting of a man on July 18, 2023, in the 14100 block of Big Crest Lane in Woodbridge. According to police, a group had met for a marijuana sale when shots were fired. The victim, Jayson Lewis, 18, of Stafford, was struck and died of injuries after being taken to a trauma center.
Police had arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile in July 2023 and later learned a second juvenile was involved. The second suspect, a 17-year-old boy from Stafford, was charged with murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, robbery, and shooting at an occupied vehicle.
