Suspect Arrested For Gang-Related Murder in Dumfries: Police
A juvenile was arrested in Wednesday in Maryland and another suspect has been identified, according to Prince William County Police.

DUMFRIES, VA — Two more people have been identified, with one arrested, for their role in the gang-related murder early this year of Christian Alexander Sosa Rivas, according to Prince William County Police.
Wanted is Dimas Canales Santos, 27, of the 5000 block of 54th Avenue in Hyattsville, Md. He's described as a Hispanic male, 5-6, 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He's wanted for murder and conspiracy to commit a felony.
A juvenile, 17, of Montgomery County, Md., was arrested Tuesday and charged with principal in the 2nd degree (murder).

Six other people have been arrested for their involvement in the murder. The victim's body was found Jan. 12 along the Potomac River in the 1500 block of Cherry Hill Road.
Police believe several of the people arrested are members of the street gang Mara Salvatrucha, or MS13.

The body appeared to have suffered trauma, according to police. Further examination of the body by the Medical Examiner's Office and further investigation led police to classify the death as a homicide.
