A Woodbridge woman is facing multiple charges after she allegedly kicked a Prince William County police officer when the officer attempted to arrest her during a traffic stop. Mabelyn D. Guevara was ultimately arrested and is charged on six different counts, including assault and battery on a law enforcement officer.

Prince William County police were searching for a man who they say fired shots on an occupied public bus Aug. 27. The shooting happened near Old Bridge Road and Old Bridge Lane at approximately 6:30 p.m., according to police.

Prince William County police have arrested and charged a final suspect in connection with an armed robbery at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Woodbridge. Dejhaun A. Wilhoit, 22, of Dumfries, turned himself in without incident, police said.
