Woodbridge Man Wanted in Feb. 3 Shooting

Prince William County police release photo of suspect in botched drug buy.

Prince William County police have obtained warrants for the arrest of a Woodbridge man suspected of involvement in a Feb. 3 shooting.

They identified him Wednesday as Frank Sincere Malcolm Howell, 27, of the 3500 block of Castle Hill Drive, and released a photo of him (shown above). Howell is described as a black man, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

He’s wanted for malicious wounding, robbery and use of a firearm in commission of a felony in connection with the Feb. 3 shooting, police said.

The shooting occurred in the 13100 block of Hillendale Drive during a botched drug buy, according to police. Last week, they arrested another Woodbridge man, Antwain Morehead, 27, for involvement in the shooting.

Morehead is charged with malicious wounding, robbery and use of a firearm in commission of a felony, according to a police report. He’s being held without bond at the Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center.
