
Event Details
This class, designed for our senior population, is a breath-oriented practice that will help increase your circulation, release tense muscles, and strengthen core muscles while promoting better posture and balance. Exercises are done from a chair and adapted to each individual's ability.
This class meets virtually via Zoom and instructions will be included in your registration confirmation.
Please note: This class requires a written note from your provider confirming your physical fitness to participate. Details on where to submit your provider's note will be available in the registration confirmation email.
