Providence Health & Services $17M Wage and Hour Settlement (claimdepot.com) — Hourly workers at Providence Centralia Hospital and Providence Centralia Physical Therapy may be eligible for cash payments from a $17 million wage-and-hour settlement covering Washington employees from April 2022 to August 2026. Payments will be mailed automatically based on W‑2 earnings, with at least $25 per eligible worker, unless they opt out by mid-December and after final court approval in early 2027.
