'I have been incredibly blessed' (tri-cityherald.com) — A Moses Lake native who once led Moses Lake Christian Academy, LeAnne Parton is stepping down after 14 years heading the Big Bend Community College Foundation. Moses Lake man dies in Royal City collision (columbiabasinherald.com) — A 47-year-old Moses Lake man, Patrick Champion, died Tuesday when another car reportedly crossed the centerline and hit his vehicle head-on near Royal City. Investigators with the Grant County Sheriff's Office later revised their findings, now saying the other driver, not Champion, crossed into the wrong lane.
