Prosecutors say he was driving more than 100 mph and tried to elude deputies before losing control near the Roy Y, leaving his wife dead and another passenger injured.

Deputies arranged a meetup, arrested a 23‑year‑old suspect at the scene, and recovered the machine before it could be sold to unsuspecting buyers.
