Police believe that 23-year-old Ka’Deidre Alana Rials of Renton was driving the vehicle when it ran over a man - 22-year-old Moises Radcliffe, the son of a veteran Seattle police officer - at the park last week. Radcliffe interrupted a car prowler breaking into his car, which spurred the confrontation that ended in his death.
