Beaver Lake Park Killing: Charges Filed Against Suspected Driver
Prosecutors filed charges on Wednesday against a 23-year-old Renton woman accused of killing a man at Beaver Lake Park on Jan. 25.

SAMMAMISH, WA - King County prosecutors filed charges Wednesday against 23-year-old Ka’Deidre Alana Rials of Renton, who authorities allege was the driver of the car that hit and killed a 22-year-old man at Beaver Lake Park on Jan. 25.
Prosecutors charged Rials with felony hit and run, second-degree identity theft, and two counts of second-degree car prowl. She was held on $300,000 bail. Rials was arrested on Saturday at an apartment complex in the Skyway area south of Seattle.
Rials has been arrested in the past, according to county records, on charges including identity theft, malicious mischief, theft, and DUI.

According to documents, Rials was the leader of a group of teenage car prowlers. When police arrested Rials on Saturday, she was with a 17-year-old , who was also believed to be involved in the killing. Earlier on Saturday morning, police arrested a 16-year-old in connection to the killing.
The victim, Moises Radcliffe, and his girlfriend were at Beaver Lake Park last Wednesday walking their dog when they noticed a car prowler had smashed the window of their vehicle. Radcliffe confronted the prowler, who then got into a car. The suspects ran Radcliffe over, killing him.

The incident touched off a four-day manhunt, which resulted in the arrests three suspects and the death of another.
