Attention kiddos! Put on your Halloween costume and join us for some early trick-or-treating fun! Bring a bag to collect your goodies and feel free to bring your pets and families, too. The event is free, courtesy of the Highlands Youth Advisory Board and Highlands Fiber Network. All are welcome!
Trick-or-treating activities are designed for kids aged 3-10, and all kids must be accompanied by an adult. We appreciate your patience and support as teen volunteers run this event.
VIP Tickets & Entry
New this year, we’re offering VIP tickets for $5 to help offset costs of putting on this annual event. VIP tickets include guaranteed entry during your reserved timeslot.
- Please purchase a $5 VIP ticket for each child who will be trick-or-treating.
- Adults and babies who are not trick-or-treating do not need a VIP ticket.
- Pets do not need a ticket. Pets will have a separate entrance if they are not attending as part of a group with children.
- We are not able to accommodate any additional children with your group. All children must have their own ticket or join the standby line.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- We are not able to accommodate entries after your reserved time, so we recommend arriving early. If you arrive after your 10-minute time window has ended, you will be asked to join the standby line and your ticket(s) will not be refunded.
What to Expect
Costumes are encouraged and each child should bring a bag for their treats. Please plan a little extra time for traffic and parking to ensure you arrive on time. Be prepared for the weather, as the lines will be outside and uncovered. We will do our best to admit everyone in the standby line and appreciate your patience as we navigate through the process.
Entry will be permitted ONLY through the main door. When you arrive, those with VIP Tickets with timeslot reservations should find the line for their time. The standby line will be on the south side of the building along Park Drive.
Once inside, kids are invited to follow the orange path on the floor to engage in activities planned and run by local youth as well as local businesses. Please do not attempt to visit the stations out of order. You may choose to skip a station; however, you will not have the option to go back. We estimate the time to go through all stations once you’re inside will be about 15 minutes. There will be plenty of photo opportunities, so feel free to capture the fun!
Pet trick-or-treating will be on the patio located on the east side of the building. Look for the green pop-up tent! You may enter the patio directly with your pet(s) – no need to wait in the main lines. There is no access to the main trick-or-treating from the patio.
A few important notes:
- If you have a VIP Ticket with a timeslot reservation, we are not able to accommodate any additional children with your group. All children must have their own ticket or join the standby line.
- If you do not have a VIP Ticket (or are waitlisted), please join the standby line when you arrive. We do expect everyone will be admitted, the wait just might be a little longer.
- The line will be closed and there will be no admittance to anyone arriving after 2 p.m. We will do our best to accommodate everyone in line at 2 p.m.
