Anti-Semitic Slurs Found In Seattle Neighborhood: ADL

The word "Jew" and another epithet were found in an alleyway on Monday morning.

SEATTLE, WA - Anti-Semitic graffiti was found scrawled in West Seattle outside the homes of Jewish residents on Monday, according to the Anti-Defamation League.

According to Seattle police, officers responded to a home along the 7300 block of 31st Avenue Southwest on Monday morning to investigate the graffiti. According to the West Seattle Blog, the word "Jew" was painted on a garage and "F--k Jew Thieve" on the pavement.

"We strongly condemn the vandalism targeting the home of Jewish residents in West Seattle. No person, no matter their religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or background, should ever wake up to see their home desecrated. We must come together to condemn this act of bigotry and work to ensure that all residents of Seattle can live without fear of hatred, harassment and violence.
