• New Inwood Park, Cold Run Valley Park Improvements Announced By Governor Through Land and Water Conservation Fund (panhandlenewsnetwork.com) — Inwood residents can look forward to a major boost for their new community park, with the governor announcing $1.5 million to build an amphitheater, modern restrooms, and upgraded playgrounds in South Berkeley County. The same funding program is also sending $140,000 to improve Cold Run Valley Park in Morgan County, part of a broader push to invest in Eastern Panhandle recreation and tourism.
