• Nscale, Monarch campus reviewing storm water handling after second mud event (wchsnetwork.com) — Residents north of Point Pleasant are dealing with repeated mud and stormwater runoff from the Monarch Compute Campus construction site, which has twice sent mud into nearby Meadowlands Estates homes. Engineers are now re-evaluating stormwater controls, while Nscale covers cleanup costs and offers to buy many subdivision homes through a voluntary “Good Neighbor Home” program.
