The shift keeps the separate Mountaineer GigaSystem hydrogen facility on track while signaling a move toward digital infrastructure at the former industrial site. 
• Praise Along the River to return to Point Pleasant June 28 (wvnews.com) — A free evening of Southern Gospel music, prayer, and fellowship is set for June 28 at 6 p.m. in Point Pleasant’s Riverfront Park, featuring national quartet The Guardians and local pastors. Organizers, including former mayor Brian Billings, invite area churches and residents to gather along the Ohio River for worship, food trucks, and community activities.
• Perfect games highlight Tuesday at the WVSSAC Softball Tournament (wowktv.com) — Point Pleasant’s softball team stayed alive at the state tournament, bouncing back from an 8–5 loss to Keyser with an 11–3 elimination-game win over Robert C.
