Bass section leader auditions

St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church (Wheeling, WV) is looking for a bass section leader to join our Parish Choir. If you or someone you know loves sacred choral music, enjoys singing with a supportive group, and would like to help anchor the bass section, I’d be glad to connect.

This is a paid gig with over $6,000 annual compensation. We welcome both experienced singers and those returning to choral singing after a break.

Auditions are friendly and simple — just vocal warm‑ups, a range check, and some sight‑reading.

If you’re interested, feel free to message me here or email me at music@stmatts.com.  I can also share a flier with all the details.

Thanks for helping spread the word — your recommendations make a huge difference in a small town.
