• UW-Madison's La Follette School to hold community assemblies on housing (ibmadison.com) — Crandon will host a major community assembly on housing at the Forest County Courthouse on Nov. 7, bringing randomly selected residents together for a full-day, nonpartisan discussion. Participants will receive $100 to help explore local housing challenges and craft recommendations for officials, giving Crandon residents a direct voice in shaping future housing policy in the area.
